What times can I pick-up or drop-off my dog?
You can pick-up or drop-off your dog anytime during our normal business hours.
What do I need to bring when I drop my dog off for boarding?
Each owner brings different things for their dog to make them comfortable during their stay. The most important thing to bring is your dog's food. We feed your dog according to its normal diet to avoid GI upset. If your dog is staying in our Standard boarding, you can bring any bedding, toys, or treats you would like your dog to have in it's room. Dogs staying in the deluxe boarding should not bring anything other than food for their stay. There is also no need to pack your dog's bowls for its stay at OC Dog Suites. We use our own bowls and wash them after every feeding. We wouldn't want your bowls to mixed up with ours.
Can I come by and see your facility?
Yes you can! You can come by anytime during our normal business hours. You do not need an appointment to come by for a tour. However, please do not bring your dog along with you unless you have an appointment. We like to make sure that all dogs that enter OC Dog Suites doors are up to date on their vaccinations and that you, the owner, have had a chance to read over our policies and fill out the required forms.
What do I need to do to sign my dog up for daycare?
The first thing we will ask you to do read over our policies and fill out our required forms. Next you will need to do is schedule a time for a temperment screening. Remember, we will need to have proof of your dog's vaccination records before the screening. Once your dog has passed his or her screening, you are able to schedule your dog's day of fun at OC Dog Suites.
Does someone stay with the dogs overnight?
Yes. We have someone on the premises at all times when we have boarding clients. We are one of the few facilities that does this.
Are the dogs inside or outside? What happens when it rains or snows?
OC Dog Suites includes large, indoor playrooms—complete with controlled heating and air conditioning to cater to all seasons. Dogs are walked in all kinds of weather unless requested otherwise by its owner. The only exception to this is lightening, and code red days in the summer.

Policies
Thank you for considering OC Dog Suites for your pet’s care. We strive to exceed your expectations and help your pet stay healthy, active, and happy. In order to assist you in the best manner possible, we have some policies for every pet and owner, for the well being of your pet, other guests, and our staff. Please read the below policies thoroughly, ask questions well before your visit, and then relax - knowing that your pet’s visit will be safe and fun!
Deposits and Payment Terms
Please refer to the appropriate section below for deposits required, by type of service. OC Dog Suites accepts cash, and the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellations
Boarding clients must cancel before the scheduled drop-off date.
Vaccinations
All dogs entering OC Dog Suites for services must have proof of the following vaccinations or titers (a blood test for a condition). Proof must be updated every six months:
DHPP – note that we do not require Lepto, Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough). It is recommended that all dogs be on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
Illness and Injury
If your dog is ill, please take him or her to the vet immediately! We reserve the right to refuse service if your dog arrives sick or showing evidence of illness. If your dog becomes ill while under our care, we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to quarantine the dog until you can pick him/her up, or we will take the dog to our vet if we believe it is in your pet’s best interest.
Life-threatening illnesses or injuries will be treated as deemed best by staff, at their discretion.
All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the owner, whatever the source or cause.

Although every possible precaution is taken when caring for your pet, we realize that dogs can still be unpredictable, germs can survive even the best cleaning, and human error can occur, despite training, supervision, and set policies. Therefore, OC Dog Suites, its owner(s), employee(s), assignee(s), representative(s) or any other person affiliated with the company shall not be held liable for any health issues, illness, or injury (including death) that may result from ill health or actions of another dog, or action of a OC Dog Suites owner, employee, assignee, representative, or visitor.
You and your representative(s) or assignee(s) agree not to hold OC Dog Suites liable for any illness, injury or death of your dog, yourself, minor children in your care, or damage to your property while your dog is in the care of OC Dog Suites. You also acknowledge that your dog and any damage resulting from his/her behavior or actions is your responsibility when in your care, and in the parking lot of OC Dog Suites.
You acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth by this agreement and the policies of OC Dog Suites.

At OC Dog Suites, we make overnight boarding easy - whether you need care for one night, a week-long vacation, or any period of time.
We offer 2 different types of boarding options, so that you can choose what best fits your dog’s needs and your budget. All dogs staying in our boarding areas are walked outside for a bathroom break 5 times per day, any necessary medications are administered and your dog is fed according to their normal diet at no additional cost. To maintain the digestive health of our guests, we ask that you provide the food they will eat during their stay at OC Dog Suites. All dogs staying at OC Dog Suites must be up to date on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.
Our Deluxe Day Care / Boarding is perfect for well-socialized, energetic dogs or dogs that don't like confinement. All dogs doing deluxe boarding must pass our temperament screening and be spayed/neutered. They play in our large play room during the day and then sleep in a private 4’x 4’ fenced suite at night.
Our Standard Boarding is perfect for dogs that need more space than a crate and for dogs that don't get along well with other dogs. Standard boarding is a private 4’x 4’ fenced suite. At OC Dog Suites, our daycare is designed to give your dog a fun and safe environment to socialize with other dogs and get some exercise. We also aim to give you convenience and peace of mind while you are away from your furry friend.
Our Web Cams allow you to check on your dog anytime. You can look in on your dog playing and having fun from your desk, at work, out of town or at the beach.
Our dogs are separated according to size and play type so your dog will feel comfortable with his playmates. Our staff is very conscientious and makes sure that all dogs at OC Dog Suites are in a comfortable and fun environment.
Our dogs are supervised continuously so your dog is safe and under a watchful eye.
Balls and play equipment are available available because we want to make sure your dog isn't bored! We use an enrichment based approach to daycare to keep your dog mentally stimulated throughout the day!
All dogs must pass a temperament test to participate in the socialized area, be spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. We want to ensure that all our dogs get along with each other so they're happy at OC Dog Suites.
